Kris is worth about $190 million (R2,8 billion) and thanks to her business savvy her kids – Kourtney, Kim, Khloé and Rob Kardashian and Kendall and Kylie Jenner – are rolling in the big bucks too. Kim officially joined the billionaire’s club last year.

Kris was named CEO of Kylie Cosmetics after Coty bought a 51% stake in the brand for $600m in 2019 (then R9b) and she negotiated Coty’s $200m (then R3b) purchase of a 20% stake in KKW Beauty, Kim’s cosmetics line.

“This is a great stage in my life, but I’ve been CEO of my family for a long time,” she told the Wall Street Journal newspaper.

“All the experience I’ve had over 30 years of being a full-time businesswoman has led me to this spot.”

This spot comes with respect and power, says Ryan Seacrest, who co-produced Keeping Up with the Kardashians (KUWTK) with Kris.

“I think people in the entertainment business, people in Hollywood, people who make products that fit the family for marketing, they realise she’s this incredible engine behind all of it. They realise the power she has,” he says.
