DRY BRUSHING STEPS

Starting at the feet and using firm, short strokes, brush upward toward the heart. Dry brush the entirety of each leg, working up to the upper thighs and lower back.

Brush in upward strokes from your hands to your shoulders, working from the backs of your hands and around your forearms to your biceps. Spend extra time on the lymph nodes in your upper arms and try to brush your upper back where you can reach.

The stomach and chest areas are a bit more sensitive than the arms and legs, so be sure to work with gentle pressure in a clockwise direction.

Shower as usual to rinse away the dead skin cells you sloughed off.

Your skin will be primed for product absorption so opt for a nutrient-rich lotion or body oil to replenish and nourish your skin.
