MANNERS MATTER

A man agrees to take care of a parrot for his aunt, but he finds the parrot is very nasty. It swears and screams and makes fun of the man, so he decides to put the bird in the freezer.

The parrot keeps screaming and insulting him until finally it stops.

The man starts to panic and thinks, “Oh no! I froze my aunt’s bird to death.”

But he opens the door and sees the bird is still alive. The bird says, “I’m sorry for my behaviour. I will never act up again.”

So the man asks, “Why the change of heart?”

The bird, having seen a frozen chicken in the freezer, answers, “Because I saw what you did to the other bird.
