COVID-19 IMPACTS ENVIRONMENT

Researchers from Dalhousie University in Canada recently shared their findings from a study highlighting how Covid-19 has affected wildlife.

Items like masks, personal protection equipment (PPE) and disposable gloves have been found tangled around animals’ necks and bodies in locations all over the world.

The team recorded incidents in 23 countries between April 2020 and December 2021.
