PIGEON TALK

People can be a lot like pigeons. Spunky pigeons strut ahead to cadge bird seed while timid ones hold back. Resourceful ones try out the bulbs unearthed by a gardener. That same gardener then stops to lean on her fork, watching the flight of homing pigeons, admiring their lightness and speed. These are highly motivated individuals yet orchestrated as a whole. Beautiful to behold.
