Supermodel Linda Evangelista decided to put herself under a cosmetic surgeon’s knife to enhance her already exquisite looks – with disastrous results.

She was a highly paid model whose image graced the covers of high-end magazines, like Vogue.

Although there are many success stories of surgical interventions, there are many that are dismal failures. Any prospective cosmetic surgery patient should go through intensive counselling to ensure that she understands the downside of the metamorphosis.
