The French mani is having a moment, but if you’re thinking of the standard nudebase and white tip combo, think again. This classic trend has been reimagined in colourful variations – from rainbow tips to nails featuring glitter, jewels and negative space. A favourite reiteration has to be the reverse take on the trend, guaranteed to take your nail game to the next level.

GET THE LOOK

Apply a base coat. Next, apply a coat of the colour that you’d like to see a hint of at the end.

Leaving a crescent shape at the base, use a deeper or more opaque shade to polish the nail as usual. This will prevent the base colour from showing through. Finish off with a top coat.
