QUEEN’S TRIBUTES GO TO CHARITY
Over a thousand Paddington Bears and other stuffed toys that were left in tribute to Queen Elizabeth will be sent to a children’s charity.
The toys were seen outside royal residences in England and Scotland after Paddington Bear became linked with the late monarch when she took part in a sketch with the well-known character for her jubilee celebrations. Buckingham Palace says the teddies have been collected with the help of shire horses and almost 200 volunteers.
