With more than 300 recipes, this book covers breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and even desserts. It starts off by outlining the golden rules of air-fryer cooking and the tools you’ll need for flop-proof air-fryer cooking.

The recipes are quick and simple to make. My only real criticism is that only a few have accompanyi­ng pics and instead of being placed next to the relevant dishes they are grouped together in photograph­ic sections and then you need to page back to find the recipe. What we like about this book Recipes offer adapted ingredient measuremen­ts and cooking times for small, medium and larger air fryers. While the book also includes lots of meaty dishes and recipes for decadent treats, there are also lots of lowcarb and vegetarian options.

It kicks off with fab crunchy nibbles and snacks such as mozzarella sticks, fried olives, kale chips and salty edamame beans. Stand-out dishes Crispy lamb shoulder chops, air-fried potato salad.
