MS BIG MOUTH

American Samantha Ramsdell (31) holds the women’s record for the world’s biggest open mouth.

Her mammoth maw measures 6,5cm, and she can fit an entire green apple inside of it, bite through four single-stacked cheeseburgers and even cram a large-sized portion of French fries in her mouth in one go. After initially hating the attention her big mouth was getting, Samantha has learned to celebrate it.

“Being able to get a record for something that really I was so insecure about, something that I wanted to keep so small – it’s great because now it’s like one of the biggest, best things about me,” she says.

She now encourages people with larger than usual body parts to go for a Guinness World Record title.
