Barbeque PORK CHOPS

Pork chops smothered in tangy barbeque sauce make an easy weeknight meal.
PORK CHOPS
◗ 4 pork chops
◗ 125ml (½c) tomato sauce
◗ 30ml (2T) red wine vinegar
◗ 30ml (2T) Worcestershire sauce
◗ 30ml (2T) brown sugar
◗ 5ml (1t) mustard
SALAD
◗ 1 packet (350g) of coleslaw mix
◗ 1 Granny Smith apple, grated
◗ vinaigrette or creamy salad dressing
TO SERVE
◗ rice or baked potatoes
1 Pork chops Mix the tomato sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and mustard together. Spoon over the chops and coat well on both sides.
2 Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Line the air fryer basket with a piece of baking paper or foil. Place the chops onto the lining and cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. Turn the chops over halfway through the cooking time.
3 Salad Combine the coleslaw mix with the grated apple. Add the dressing and toss to coat.
4 To serve Serve the pork chops with salad and rice or baked potatoes.
