10 YEARS OF CANDY CRUSH

The New York skyline was recently lit up by 500 drones to mark the 10th anniversary of one of the world's most popular mobile games – Candy Crush. For 10 minutes the light display saw drones create a candy carnival of images, hashtags and slogans, ranging from a huge version of the game’s logo to a picture of the play button.

“Candy Crush Saga is one of the most beloved mobile games of all time and remains a daily source of fun in millions of people's lives,” says Fernanda Romano, who created the game.

“We are honoured to celebrate such an incredible milestone.”
