BLENDED FAMILY

Ben’s kids, Violet (16), Seraphina (13) and Samuel (10), and Jen’s 14-year-old twins, Max and Emme, are settling into life with their newlywed parents.

“Ben’s always been an awesome dad and that’s one of the reasons Jen loves him,” an insider says. “The kids are close to him and go to him for advice. And they all get on well, which helps.”

Jen is full of admiration for Jennifer Garner, the mom of Ben’s kids. “She’s an amazing co-parent. She and Ben work really well together.”

Yet, she acknowledges the “transition period” for all five kids had to be handled with care. “They have so many feelings – they’re teens,” she says.

“But it’s going really well so far. What I hope to cultivate is that his kids have a new ally in me and my kids have a new ally in him.”
