KGALAGADI TRANSFRONTIER

This enormous Northern Cape park in the Kalahari Desert straddles the border between South Africa and Botswana and was founded in 2000. The landscape is unique to this area and visitors can look forward to red dunes, sparse vegetation, large animals such as lion, gemsbok, eland and springbok, as well as diverse bird life.
