Your Baby & Toddler - - Exercise -

• Let your breath guide you through each eac ex­er­cise. In­hale deeply through your nose n and ex­hale through your mouth.

• Keep your belly but­ton drawn in to­ward your spine. This will help protect your lower back and strengthen the ab mus­cles.

• Take it easy. En­joy this time with your baby, and in­crease your in­ten­sity slowly as you y get used to the ex­er­cises.
