Key lime ice cream trees
1 avocado ½ tin condensed milk 2 limes, juiced grated zest of 1 lime berries and mint sprigs to decorate
Method: 1. Place all the ingredients, except berries and mint, into a blender and mix well. Pour into 8 silicone muffin holders and freeze for at least 4 hours but preferably overnight. 2. Unmould key lime ice creams, turn upside down and decorate each with a berry and sprig of mint to look like mini Christmas trees.
