Festive snack coreath
1 head of broccoli, washed and cut into florets 1 punnet cherry tomatoes 1 tub mozzarella balls (sold as bocconcini)
For the dip: 1 avocado ½ tub cream cheese
Method: 1. Lightly steam the broccoli until just tender (about 5 minutes). Drain and let cool. 2. Arrange the broccoli, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls into a circle on a round plate to form a wreath. 3. To make the dip, scoop the flesh out of the avocado and mix with the cream cheese.
