COOL DOWN TIME

Your Baby & Toddler - - Exercise -

Roll up a blan­ket and lay it on t the floor so that you can sit on one end and lie with your en­tire spine rest­ing on the length of the blan­ket. Place the bot­toms of your feet to­gether, knees bent and out to the sides. Hold your baby in one arm close to your chest. Stay here for a few min­utes and breathe gen­tly. Re­main calm and quiet, and you and your baby just might fall asleep to­gether. YB
