Your Baby & Toddler - - Exercise -

Plac­ing baby on your thighs, step your feet to­wards your but­tocks, hip dis­tance apart, push­ing your feet firmly into the floor and imag­in­ing you are squeez­ing a ball be­tween your knees. In­hale as you lift your hips (and baby) up, ex­pand­ing your chest up and to­wards your chin. Walk your shoul­ders un­derneath you and push your palms into the floor to re­ally lift and ex­pand your chest. This pose strength­ens the legs and hips, mas­sages the spine, and opens the up­per back and chest.
