BRIDGE (SETU BANDHA SARVANGASANA)
Placing baby on your thighs, step your feet towards your buttocks, hip distance apart, pushing your feet firmly into the floor and imagining you are squeezing a ball between your knees. Inhale as you lift your hips (and baby) up, expanding your chest up and towards your chin. Walk your shoulders underneath you and push your palms into the floor to really lift and expand your chest. This pose strengthens the legs and hips, massages the spine, and opens the upper back and chest.
