WHAT IS CLUBFOOT?

Clubfoot is a birth defect. It can occur in one or both feet. The foot is twisted in at the ankle, turned over and pointed down. The foot is rigid and can’t be stretched into the correct position. The condition is more common in boys. Around 1 in 500 to 1 in 750 babies born will have clubfoot.
