Come to your knees, hip-distance apart, tops of your feet pushing firmly into the floor. Bring the soles of baby’s feet together, holding firmly onto baby’s lower legs. Moving with your breath, inhale to swing baby to the right, pause, and exhale to centre; repeat on left side. This posture will strengthen your arms and core and baby will love the sideto-side movement, which enhances spatial awareness.
