Step for­ward with your right leg, turn­ing the left foot out slightly. Bend into your right knee, with your right hip pinned back and left hip push­ing for­ward. Press into the out­side edge of the left foot, keep­ing the leg strong and straight. Pull in your belly and in­hale as you lift baby up, sink­ing your shoul­ders away. Re­peat on both sides. This pose strength­ens your legs and hips, im­proves balance, and strength­ens your arms.
