WARRIOR ONE (VIRABHADRASANA A)
Step forward with your right leg, turning the left foot out slightly. Bend into your right knee, with your right hip pinned back and left hip pushing forward. Press into the outside edge of the left foot, keeping the leg strong and straight. Pull in your belly and inhale as you lift baby up, sinking your shoulders away. Repeat on both sides. This pose strengthens your legs and hips, improves balance, and strengthens your arms.
