Light meal for 2-4 peo­ple

Method Cook the pasta ac­cord­ing to the di­rec­tions on the packet. Drain and put back in the warm pot. Stir a bit of olive oil through to pre­vent stick­ing. Add the salmon and cream and stir through. Add the le­mon juice and serve im­me­di­ately.
