Salmon pasta
Light meal for 2-4 people
Method Cook the pasta according to the directions on the packet. Drain and put back in the warm pot. Stir a bit of olive oil through to prevent sticking. Add the salmon and cream and stir through. Add the lemon juice and serve immediately. Ingredients 250g shell pasta Glug of olive oil 100g smoked salmon, cut up 125-250ml cream Juice of one lemon
