Light meal for 2-4 people

Method Cook the pasta according to the directions on the packet. Drain and put back in the warm pot. Stir a bit of olive oil through to prevent sticking. Add the salmon and cream and stir through. Add the lemon juice and serve immediatel­y. Ingredient­s 250g shell pasta Glug of olive oil 100g smoked salmon, cut up 125-250ml cream Juice of one lemon
