Pic­nic eggs

2 eggs, boiled 1 ta­ble­spoon may­on­naise 1 ta­ble­spoon cream cheese 2 stems pars­ley or chives, chopped

1. Peel the eggs and cut in half length­ways.

2. Scoop the egg yolks from the whites. Fork mash the yolks and mix in the may­on­naise and cream cheese. Sprin­kle a lit­tle chopped pars­ley or chives over to gar­nish.
