2 eggs, boiled 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 tablespoon cream cheese 2 stems parsley or chives, chopped
1. Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthways.
2. Scoop the egg yolks from the whites. Fork mash the yolks and mix in the mayonnaise and cream cheese. Sprinkle a little chopped parsley or chives over to garnish.
