Black bean puree
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chopped onion 1 tablespoon olive oil pinch ground cumin ¼ cup cooked black beans (you can also use tinned)
Method:
1. Fry the onion in the olive oil until tender.
2. Place the cooked onion, black beans and cumin in a blender and purée until smooth (or fork mash for an older baby).
