Oat & raisin biscuits
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats 1 cup oat bran ½ cup (100g) butter, melted ¾ cup brown sugar 1 cup raisins 1½ cups cake flour 5 tablespoons water
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180º C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix the oats and melted butter together. Add the sugar and raisins, then add the flour little by little. Mix in the water to form a firm dough.
3. Make small balls of the cookie dough and place a few centimetres apart on a lined baking tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and place on cooling rack.
