HIPS, THIGHS AND BUM
Notorious problem areas for women, the hips, thighs and bum also take strain during and after pregnancy. Mostly this is because nutrition and activity levels tend to change (for the worse) during pregnancy, and so you put on weight in these areas.
Post-baby weight can take a long time to shed, so don’t aim to be back in those skinny jeans too quickly. y Drastic exercise and diet plans can be very detrimental, and don’t forget all the work that your body did to carry your baby for you! Stick to a healthy, balanced diet and do exercises that target multiple muscles, particularly in this area.
