BREASTS

YOUR PROBLEM

Whether you’re breastfeeding or not, your breasts will have changed from what they were pre-baby. The whole process of having a baby causes breast tissue to stretch, and this can leave you with breasts that have lost volume, have stretch marks or have sagged a bit. Remember that if you’re breastfeeding your breasts will stay at their bigger size for as long as you breastfeed, though. THE SOLUTION

Our bodies change over time, and while we can learn to accept these “new-look ladies”, you can turn to exercise to help firm up your chest wall behind the breasts, helping to lift them a bit.
