Whether you’re breastfeeding or not, your breasts will have changed from what they were pre-baby. The whole process of hav­ing a baby causes breast tis­sue to stretch, and this can leave you with breasts that have lost vol­ume, have stretch marks or have sagged a bit. Re­mem­ber that if you’re breastfeeding your breasts will stay at their big­ger size for as long as you breast­feed, though. THE SO­LU­TION

Our bod­ies change over time, and while we can learn to ac­cept these “new-look ladies”, you can turn to ex­er­cise to help firm up your ch­est wall be­hind the breasts, help­ing to lift them a bit.
