STRAWBERRY NICECREAM
6 very ripe bananas 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1. Cut bananas into 1cm slices. Lay in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
2. Purée frozen banana slices and strawberries in a blender until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl as needed. Serve immediately or transfer to a sealed container and freeze until needed.
