Cranberry apple puree
¼ cup dried cranberries
½ cup water
1 apple, peeled and cut into chunks
1. Soak cranberries in the water for a few hours to soften. Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat, cover and cook until tender (about 15 minutes).
2. Blend until smooth and serve. (You may need to pass the purée through a sieve for younger babies to get rid of any lumps.)
