Your little one doesn’t have to have a feed just before going to sleep anymore, so try to avoid having her associate sleeptime with feeding time. She can sleep for 10 to 12 hours without food or drink now.

Day time naps are still important. If she naps twice a day for between 1.5 and 2 hours, chances are that she will sleep better at night.
