Pesto Pasta Salad
½ cup pasta shapes (spirals, bow ties or animal shapes) 2 tablespoons pesto (homemade or shop-bought) 6 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters 1. Bring a pot of water to the boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. 2. Drain the pasta and let cool. 3. Stir in the pesto and tomatoes and spoon into a suitable container (we used a glass jar packed into a cooler lunch bag but if you’re concerned about glass breaking rather use a BPA- free plastic container).
