Signs your newborn is dehydrated include: A flushed face Feels warm to the touch Rapid breathing Restlessness Without a wet nappy after more than six hours
Urine that is darker- coloured and stronger- smelling than usual Lethargic Dry mouth and lips Tearless when crying Sunken eyes Sunken fontanelles If you suspect your baby is dehydrated rush her to hospital.
