NECK STRENGTHENING EXERCISE
When the day is done and you flop into your bed, take a minute to do this easy exercise. It is designed to strengthen all the little muscles that support and stabilise the vertebrae in your neck. And because you can do it lying down, it’s the perfect precursor for bedtime.
WHAT TO DO
✓ Lie on your back on your bed with your knees bent. ✓ Put the fist of one hand between your chin and your chest.
✓ Keep your chin resting on your fist, and gently push your head back into your pillows.
✓ Hold the position for 10 seconds and repeat five times.
