RAINBOW NUMBER CAKE
2 swiss rolls
2 cups butter icing (see opposite page for recipe) ½ cup rainbow sprinkles 1 Use one swiss roll whole as the main part of the number one.
2 Cut the second swiss roll in half on the diagonal. Use one half to form the top angled piece of the number one.
3 Cut the angled side of the second half off, and use the half with two straight sides as the base of the number one.
4 Ice the whole number, and dust with rainbow sprinkles to form an even layer.
