WHAT’S COOKING?
I recently bought your magazine for the first time and immediately was hooked. What a great read.
My favourite section, besides the many educational articles, are the recipes. I love the fact that you can take one ingredient, be it fish or chicken, and make many recipes out of it – some you can make immediately, one you can freeze for later, and one you can make for children.
I have a 16-month-old toddler, and I work full time, so finding the inspiration and space in my day to cook separate meals for us and for the baby is always a struggle. I tried the recipes, and they worked brilliantly. Please keep up the good and creative work – it makes our lives much easier.
