Jager, BabyGym classes focus on your baby’s senses and muscles to help aid development. Classes include activities such as baby massage; sensory awareness and integration; tummy time; developing body awareness, muscle tone, posture and spatial orientation confidence and coordination; and more. The curriculum starts with the importance of touch and covers all the senses, while in the last class of the five-week course, you and baby learn the importance of an aware body and strong muscles. Parents are encouraged to continue the activities at home in order to reap the real rewards.
