Toasted pas­trami and salsa wraps

420g jar tomato salsa (spicy or plain) 4 whole­wheat wraps 200g shaved pas­trami 300g ri­cotta, crum­bled

2 hand­fuls baby spinach 1 Pre­heat oven to 200°C. Spread the salsa on the wraps, leav­ing a 1cm bor­der. Top with the pas­trami, ri­cotta and spinach. Sea­son. Roll up to en­close the fill­ing. 2 Place the wraps seam­side down on a bak­ing tray and bake for about 15 min­utes or un­til heated through. Cut in half di­ag­o­nally.
