Toasted pastrami and salsa wraps

420g jar tomato salsa (spicy or plain) 4 wholewheat wraps 200g shaved pastrami 300g ricotta, crumbled
2 handfuls baby spinach 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Spread the salsa on the wraps, leaving a 1cm border. Top with the pastrami, ricotta and spinach. Season. Roll up to enclose the filling. 2 Place the wraps seamside down on a baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes or until heated through. Cut in half diagonally.
