Ham, caramelised onion and butternut pizza

2 large handfuls butternut, cubed olive or avocado oil, to drizzle 15ml honey
4 onions, sliced 30ml brown sugar
150g ham of your choice, chopped handful rocket 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the butternut on a baking tray and drizzle with oil and honey. Season and bake for about 30 minutes or until caramelised. 2 Heat a splash of oil on medium and sauté the onion. Add the sugar and fry for about 20 minutes or until caramelised. Add a few drops of water if it starts to stick to the pan.
3 Place the wraps in the oven for about 3 minutes or until crisp. Scatter the caramelised onion, butternut, ham and rocket over.
