Ham, caramelised onion and but­ter­nut pizza

Takes 45 mins

2 large hand­fuls but­ter­nut, cubed olive or avo­cado oil, to driz­zle 15ml honey

4 onions, sliced 30ml brown sugar

4 tor­tillas

150g ham of your choice, chopped hand­ful rocket 1 Pre­heat oven to 200°C. Place the but­ter­nut on a bak­ing tray and driz­zle with oil and honey. Sea­son and bake for about 30 min­utes or un­til caramelised. 2 Heat a splash of oil on medium and sauté the onion. Add the sugar and fry for about 20 min­utes or un­til caramelised. Add a few drops of wa­ter if it starts to stick to the pan.

3 Place the wraps in the oven for about 3 min­utes or un­til crisp. Scat­ter the caramelised onion, but­ter­nut, ham and rocket over.
