60ml sweet chilli sauce 60ml may­on­naise 4 tor­tilla wraps 300g hake fil­lets, cooked and flaked

hand­ful rocket

1 avo­cado, sliced

1 red pep­per, seeded and cut into strips

2 lemons, cut into wedges 1 Mix to­gether the sweet chilli sauce and may­on­naise. Spoon the sauce onto ¼ of each tor­tilla. 2 Top with the fish, rocket, avo­cado and pep­pers. Sea­son and squeeze le­mon juice over. Fold each tor­tilla into quar­ters to make a pocket. 3 Serve with the re­main­ing le­mon wedges.
