60ml sweet chilli sauce 60ml mayonnaise 4 tortilla wraps 300g hake fillets, cooked and flaked
1 avocado, sliced
1 red pepper, seeded and cut into strips
2 lemons, cut into wedges 1 Mix together the sweet chilli sauce and mayonnaise. Spoon the sauce onto ¼ of each tortilla. 2 Top with the fish, rocket, avocado and peppers. Season and squeeze lemon juice over. Fold each tortilla into quarters to make a pocket. 3 Serve with the remaining lemon wedges.
