Lemony hummus and salsa flatbreads

410g tin chickpeas 1 garlic clove, crushed zest and juice of 1 lemon 125ml Bulgarian yoghurt
1 red onion, chopped ½ cucumber, chopped 1 avocado, mashed handful mint, chopped handful coriander 6 tortillas 1 Blitz chickpeas, garlic, lemon zest and juice and yoghurt until smooth. Season. 2 Combine onion, cucumber, avocado and herbs. Add a squeeze of lemon juice. Season. 3 Heat a griddle pan on high and toast wraps in batches until charred all over. Spread the hummus over the wraps and scatter with the salsa.
