Lemony hum­mus and salsa flat­breads

410g tin chick­peas 1 gar­lic clove, crushed zest and juice of 1 le­mon 125ml Bul­gar­ian yo­ghurt

1 red onion, chopped ½ cu­cum­ber, chopped 1 avo­cado, mashed hand­ful mint, chopped hand­ful co­rian­der 6 tor­tillas 1 Blitz chick­peas, gar­lic, le­mon zest and juice and yo­ghurt un­til smooth. Sea­son. 2 Com­bine onion, cu­cum­ber, avo­cado and herbs. Add a squeeze of le­mon juice. Sea­son. 3 Heat a grid­dle pan on high and toast wraps in batches un­til charred all over. Spread the hum­mus over the wraps and scat­ter with the salsa.
