UV rays are most in­tense and dan­ger­ous be­tween 10am and 4pm. Make sure your kids al­ways have sun­block on and avoid play­ing out­side for long hours at a time. Reap­ply sun­screen fre­quently, about ev­ery two hours. Don’t be tricked by the weather; sun­screen should be worn ev­ery day, even when it’s cloudy.
