Stand with your left leg slightly bent. Place your right foot across your left knee and rest it there. Link your fingers as you extend your arms forwards and sink down further on your supporting leg. Feel the stretch all the way down the length of your spine. Your head should be in the natural extension of the spine and not looking upward. Keep your eyes steady on the floor in front of you to help with concentrat­ion and balance.
