MY GIFT

-

I’m a young mom, just 22, and I’m finishing off my BA Journalism degree while carrying my baby. I sometimes get funny looks from my fellow students at university, but I don’t take them to heart anymore. I know that the most important thing I can do for my baby is make sure I finish my education, so that I can provide for her future. My baby will be born when my final exams come up and I am as prepared as I can be for that time. My boyfriend and I live with my parents, so they are a great help to us. I’m so excited to meet my baby, and finish my studies. Everything has happened a little faster than I had anticipated, but I have so much hope, and feel confident that I will get through this with the help of my loving boyfriend, friends and family. Thank you Your Pregnancy magazine! I have read every copy available since I found out I was pregnant, and will continue to read it even when baby arrives. Keep up the good work.
