Lonzi & Bean Maternity was born after best friends for 20 years – Ilona (Lonzi) and Claire (Bean) – battled to find maternity wear in SA that was flattering, comfortable, practical and lasted more than a few months. So they decided to create a range that they wished they could find when pregnant and nursing their babies. All garments are designed for maternity, breastfeeding and general wear after baby, meaning your money goes further. Longevity comes from a blend of premium South African viscose (95 percent) and Lycra (5 percent), which means longer-lasting garments. The special, batch-dyed fabric blend won’t fade or shrink, and is pill-resistant. It doesn’t look like maternity wear, because who wants to feel frumpy?
