Headaches with vomiting and seeing flashing lights. Swollen hands, feet and ankles. Vaginal bleeding. Smelly vaginal discharge. Fluid seeping through the vagina. Your baby not moving for more than four hours. If you have any of these signs, it’s important to get the midwife or doctor to check you. Whether it be at your local clinic or the government hospital you are going to have your baby in, take your hospital card with you.
