Be­fore I fell preg­nant, I al­ways thought of my­self as a sexy woman. I never felt the need to ex­er­cise or re­ally work at my body. But then my hus­band bought me my first Your Preg­nancy mag­a­zine when we first found out we were hav­ing a baby. I dis­cov­ered a great ex­er­cise rou­tine, which I could do in my own home. I started work­ing out, and I couldn’t be­lieve how great I felt – I wish I started work­ing out sooner! No more back­ache for me! I’ve started do­ing preggy yoga as well, which I be­lieve is help­ing ease lig­a­ment pain too. Thank you Your Preg­nancy for all the won­der­ful ar­ti­cles.
