Before I fell pregnant, I always thought of myself as a sexy woman. I never felt the need to exercise or really work at my body. But then my husband bought me my first Your Pregnancy magazine when we first found out we were having a baby. I discovered a great exercise routine, which I could do in my own home. I started working out, and I couldn’t believe how great I felt – I wish I started working out sooner! No more backache for me! I’ve started doing preggy yoga as well, which I believe is helping ease ligament pain too. Thank you Your Pregnancy for all the wonderful articles. My pregnancy wouldn’t be the same without this incredibly helpful magazine, including the guides that always come with each issue. I can’t wait to meet my little baby!
