Seated postures and twists can be chal­leng­ing as they often in­volve in­tense stretch­ing. Use your breath to get into the pose slowly. As you in­hale, lengthen your spine, and as you ex­hale, re­lax into the pose. Never col­lapse into a pose. Al­ways main­tain the bal­ance of strength and flex­i­bil­ity. Take your time, and en­joy.
