BREAKFAST YOGHURT POTS

1 cup Greek yoghurt

½ cup strawberri­es, hulled and sliced ½ cup granola Blueberry sauce

1 cup blueberrie­s (fresh or frozen) 2 tablespoon­s lemon juice 1 tablespoon honey

1 To make the sauce: place all the ingredient­s in a medium-sized saucepan and gently bring to the boil, stirring occasional­ly. Once it starts to boil, turn down the heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. 2 Layer yoghurt, strawberri­es and granola in a glass take-away container. End with a drizzle of the blueberry sauce (optional).
