BREAKFAST YOGHURT POTS
1 cup Greek yoghurt
½ cup strawberries, hulled and sliced ½ cup granola Blueberry sauce
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon honey
1 To make the sauce: place all the ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan and gently bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Once it starts to boil, turn down the heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. 2 Layer yoghurt, strawberries and granola in a glass take-away container. End with a drizzle of the blueberry sauce (optional).
