SMOOTH, RADIANT SKIN

-

It’s important to exfoliate your skin, especially now that it’s stretching over your bump, which can cause itching. Dry brushing is a great way to get rid of dead skin cells, and it’s easy to do. Before you get in the shower or bath, use a shower brush, loofah or dry face cloth to brush or scrub your skin. Use firm strokes, going in the direction of your heart to encourage circulation. You’ll soon find dry brushing almost addictive, and it will become a part of your daily beauty routine. You can also use exfoliating body washes and scrubs to get similar effects. It’s best to use them on damp skin. Be careful when standing in the shower or bath while you scrub – your centre of gravity isn’t what it used to be now that you’re pregnant, so don’t topple over! Remember to moisturise well after you’ve exfoliated.
